OverviewAs a Client Executive on the Employee Health & Benefits team, you will manage a portfolio of clients, develop strategic plans, support new business development, and assist with onboarding new clients. The role requires a proactive approach and excellent communication skills.
Qualifications- 8+ years of industry experience
- Current Life & Health producer license
- Ability to handle complex issues decisively and thoughtfully
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and build relationships at all levels
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
Preferred but not required: extensive knowledge of large group and self-funded benefit plans, public sector experience.
