Rental & Asset Manager

Job Description

We’re looking for a full-time Rental Manager to join our team. This job is about helping customers get the machines and attachments they need, keeping the rental department organized, and making sure equipment gets delivered and picked up on time. You don’t need prior equipment experience — we’ll train you. What matters most is being dependable, willing to learn, and ready to work with customers and coworkers every day.

• Answer customer calls and match them with the right rental machine or attachment
• Schedule deliveries and pickups for rental equipment
• Work with drivers to make sure routes are efficient and on time
• Keep track of rental inventory and make sure machines are maintained
• Talk with customers in person, on the phone, and online about rental options
• Pass along sales opportunities to the sales department

• Good communication and people skills
• Team player with a friendly attitude
• Comfortable with basic computer programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license
• Mechanical knowledge is helpful, but not required
• Willing to learn and grow with the job

• Starting at $20/hour (Depending on Experience)
