Are you looking for a challenging role as an Amazon Connect Software Development Engineer?

Inter Vision Systems Inc. is seeking a Software Development Engineer experienced with Amazon Connect to contribute to our dynamic application development team. In this role, you’ll work with technical leads and stakeholders to design and develop scalable, reliable applications that support our clients’ operational needs. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate on high-impact projects, bringing creative solutions to life while expanding your expertise with Amazon Connect and cloud-based solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team leads to understand application requirements and build software solutions that align with business goals.
• Participate in application development planning, design, and implementation.
• Write clean, maintainable code for applications and assist with installations and updates.
• Execute diagnostic tests and perform debugging to maintain quality standards.
• Contribute to application integration and support processes, including maintenance and upgrades.
• Document application workflows and collaborate with senior engineers to ensure consistency in processes and practices.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends in application development to support innovation within the team.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2+ years of professional technical experience, preferably as an application developer/engineer.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect in a development or production environment.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and API development.
• Strong interest in aligning application development with business needs.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills, with a willingness to work closely within a team.
• Experience integrating Amazon Connect with Salesforce or other customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Familiarity with application architecture and cloud-first design principles.
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD tools to support development processes.
