- Reconciling daily banking and bank statements.
- Purchase Ledger maintenance – processing invoices to correct nominal codes, reconciling supplier statements and setting up monthly BACS payment runs.
- Creating and processing a variety of payments using online banking system.
- Processing customer refunds through the PDQ machine.
- Credit control – sending statements, chasing debtors including vehicle debt. Producing a weekly debtor report.
- Processing Warranty Self Billing Invoices.
- Processing Finance Commission statements.
- Petty cash control and monthly reconciliation.
- Processing manufacturer bonus Self Billing Invoices and credit notes.
- The ideal candidate will be reliable and conscientious with Accounts experience.
- Keen to learn – opportunities exist for the right candidate to progress into more in-depth balance sheet reconciliations.
- Experience with in the motor industry would be advantageous, including the use of Kerridge system. Full training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and a team player.
- Good IT skills, particularly MS Office including Excel.
