Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Fleet Administrator to join the Fleet External Maintenance Team on behalf of our long-standing client, Royal Mail.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a busy and collaborative team responsible for keeping Royal Mails fleet on the road. Working closely with Maintenance Controllers, Control Administrators, workshops and vehicle operators, youll play an important role in making sure vehicles get the maintenance and repairs they need, when they need them.

?? What will you be doing?

The main focus of the role will be within the Bookings Team, where youll coordinate vehicle maintenance and repair appointments across Royal Mail workshops and external providers.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• ?? Taking and processing maintenance booking requests from Royal Mail vehicle operators.
