Business Support Coordinator – Chesterfield – Infrastructure

12 Month Fixed-Term Contract

As a Business Support Coordinator based in Chesterfield, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Preparing and maintaining accurate business reports, supporting data collection and ensuring timely distribution of information
  • Managing customer and supplier documentation, including onboarding forms, questionnaires, and record-keeping in line with company procedures
  • Coordinating tender submissions by gathering information from internal teams, tracking deadlines, and compiling responses for review
  • Providing administrative and business support to stakeholders, driving process improvements and assisting with day-to-day operational activities

This is a full-time, 12 month fixed-term contract role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8.00am – 5.00pm.

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when handling data and documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across different departments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
