Freelance Assistant Site Manager (Housing) – Chesterfield
We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Assistant Site Manager to lead the onsite team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy housing development within the Chesterfield area.

Freelance Assistant Site Manager - Location:
Chesterfield - Start: ASAP
- Duration: 8 weeks
- Manage subcontractors and site staff, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Maintain accurate site records, reports, and progress documentation
- Coordinate snagging and handover procedures at project completion
- Proven experience managing new build residential developments
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- In date tickets – SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work
- Ability to reliably commute to Chesterfield
