The role focuses on preparing estimates for tender submissions, Bills of Quantities, and measured take-offs, while liaising with project managers and design teams to ensure accuracy and governance.
Ideal candidates will have a 2:2 in Quantity Surveying, strong numerical and analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel. A full UK driving licence and a collaborative mindset are essential.
