We’re looking for a confident and organised Customer Service Advisor to join our busy quarry operation in Chesterfield. This is a key front-of-house role. You’ll be the first point of contact for drivers, visitors and customers, ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely and professionally.
If you’ve worked in hospitality, administration, reception, retail or a customer-facing environment, your skills are highly transferable here.

The Role
This is a customer-facing position in a busy, fast-paced environment where accuracy and professionalism matter.
You’ll be responsible for:

Welcoming drivers and visitors to site
Processing vehicle weights using the weighbridge system
Checking paperwork and ensuring compliance documentation is correct
Managing Waste Transfer Notes and site records
Inputting data accurately onto internal systems
Communicating clearly with site teams and customers
Ensuring visitors follow site Health & Safety procedures

You’ll play an important part in keeping the operation organised, compliant and running efficiently.
What We’re Looking For

Strong customer service experience
Confident communication skills
Good IT skills and comfortable using multiple systems
High attention to detail and accuracy
Calm, professional approach under pressure
Organised and methodical

Experience with in waste, recycling, quarrying or industrial environments is helpful, but not essential. Full training will be provided.
