600 family, we don’t just sell cars – we deliver experiences. As a Customer Experience Executive, you’ll be the person who makes each handover unforgettable, ensuring each interaction is seamless, professional and memorable.

• Guiding customers through their post-sale journey with clear communication and support from purchase through to handover.
• Overseeing vehicle preparation and documentation, ensuring everything is ready to the highest standard.
• Delivering smooth, seamless handovers and encouraging customer feedback through reviews.

• A natural people person with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Highly organised with an eye for detail and a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
• Confident and professional, taking pride in representing both JCT
  600 and the brand(s).
• Driven to go the extra mile, ensuring every customer leaves feeling truly valued.
