Gastroenterology Consultant | Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust

We are looking to appoint a Consultant Physician in Gastroenterology and General Medicine to further develop our highly rated Gastroenterology services at Chesterfield Royal Hospital.

Applicants will be expected to have completed broad based general medical training along with specific training in Gastroenterology. You will be on the Specialist Register, or be within six months of obtaining your CCT.

• Provide modern, high quality care in Gastroenterology and General Medicine.
• Participate in a 1:8 GI Bleed rota.
• Develop an Endoscopic Ultrasound service and a G.I physiology service to support current services, and pursue any other individual interests.
• Develop a sub‑specialty interest within the role.
• Engage with research and contribute to portfolio research studies.
