About the Role:

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and learning of young children with special needs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

* Assisting the classroom teacher with lesson planning and preparation

* Providing individual and group support to children

* Creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment

* Helping with the assessment and monitoring of children's progress

* Encouraging positive social interactions and emotional development
Requirements:

* Previous experience working with young children is essential

* Teaching assistant Level 2-3 is highly desirable

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
