They are searching to recruit for an SEN Teaching Assistant. This school has been graded 'good' by OFSTED. This is due to adults taking the time to get to know pupils and their families well.

This means they are in a good position to offer appropriate support. It is important that the successful candidate can build strong rapports, allowing the students to develop positively.
