We are excited to be recruiting a new Hospitality Lecturer to join our Hospitality and Professional Cookery department. This is a new role within our growing team of chefs and front of house lecturers.

The department is based at Infirmary Road, with opportunities to work at other locations, including community projects and commercial events.

Most working hours are during the daytime; however, the training restaurant opens on Thursday evenings, and occasional evening work may be required to support events and learner experiences.

• Work with learners from Entry Level 3 to Level 3 programmes and support their development.
• May take on the role of personal tutor.
• Deliver high-quality front of house training that supports learners and the local hospitality sector.

• Recent experience working within the hospitality industry.
• Experience supporting, training, coaching, or mentoring others.
• Vocational competence in front of house service, barista skills, and mixology.
• Positive, inclusive, and learner-focused approach.
