Bridge Coordinator
Academy: Outwood Academy Hasland Hall
Start Date: 01.09.2026
Salary (Actual Salary): £23,527.91 – £24,302.90 (Grade6)
Working Pattern: 35 hours per week Monday to Friday (8.00 - 15.30) - Term time (38 weeks) plus one week.
Role OverviewAre you adept at managing supportive learning environments for students who face significant barriers to engagement? Join us as a Bridge Coordinator, where you will serve as the Gatekeeper and manager of the Bridge provision. This role is integral to the Deep Support team, focusing on re‑engaging vulnerable students by providing tailored resources, developing study and social skills, and managing strategic behavioural interventions.
