The Supply Register is recruiting SEND Support Staff to work across Heritage High School and Springwell Community College through our exclusive partnership with the Two Counties Trust. This is a fantastic opportunity for Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants, Behaviour Mentors, Support Workers, Youth Workers, and individuals with experience supporting young people to make a real difference within a secondary school environment.

You will support students with a range of additional needs, helping them access learning, build confidence, and develop positive relationships within the classroom.

• Have experience supporting children or young people (SEND experience desirable)
• Are passionate about helping students achieve their potential
• Have strong communication and behaviour management skills
• Are patient, resilient, and approachable
• Can build positive relationships with students
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• Have the right to work in the UK
