Chesterfield College is seeking a SEND Coordinator to support students with disabilities by applying the SEND Code of Practice, addressing barriers to learning, and guiding careers and further education progression.
The successful candidate will engage with students and families, contribute to EHCP consultations, manage EHCP caseloads, and work with SEND and Quality Teams on training needs; there is line management of Specialist Learning Support Assistants.
