Chesterfield College are seeking a part-time Inclusion Coordinator to join a passionate and highly effective team.

• Are you an experienced SEND professional, with a passion for disability inclusion in post 16 education?
• Do you have knowledge and experience of EHCPs, and associated support and funding?
• Are you able to write high quality and easily interpreted support plans for a range of disabilities?
• Do you have line management and team coordination experience?
• Are you confident using IT packages and college management information systems, such as EBS, reports, Pastoral, One Drive and excel?
