Are you a passionate and experienced SENM Teaching assistant looking for a new role?
We are currently working with the excellent SEMH schools across Chesterfield to find teaching assistants to join them on day to day supply or long term roles starting from September 2026.
No two SEMH schools are the same and we need great staff who can work across all our SEMH schools and have extensive experience working with children with a variation of Social Emotional Mental Health needs.
In order to be a successful SENM TA you must:- Have previous relevant experience working with children with SEMH.
- Be kind, patient and understanding.
- Have great communication skills.
- Have compassion and Empathy.
- Be a naturally caring person.
- A dedicated team of consultants available 24/7 to help you with the easy onboarding process
