Love teaching, but not the endless workload that comes with being a class teacher?  Trust Education are looking for enthusiastic and adaptable  Primary Teachers  to work across schools in the  Chesterfield area , covering both short-term and long-term teacher absences.
This is a fantastic opportunity for teachers who still want to do what they love   teach, inspire and make a difference in the classroom   without taking on all of the additional pressures that can come with a permanent teaching position.
You could be stepping into different schools and classes to cover anything from a single day of absence through to a long-term placement. Every day can be different, giving you the chance to experience different schools, year groups and teaching environments.
What's involved?
Covering short and long-term teacher absences across Chesterfield and surrounding areas
Delivering engaging lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment
Working across different year groups, depending on your experience and preference
Following existing lesson plans and school expectations where provided
Managing classroom behaviour confidently and positively
Supporting pupils' learning, progress and wellbeing
Building positive relationships with pupils and school staff
Adapting quickly to different schools and classroom environments

We're looking for teachers who are:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experienced within a primary school setting
Confident teaching across different primary year groups
Adaptable and able to settle quickly into new environments
Confident with classroom and behaviour management
Reliable, enthusiastic and passionate about education
Looking for greater flexibility and a better work-life balance
