Netherthorpe School are seeking to appoint the right candidate to lead andmanage the school's Inclusion Centre (IC), providing a safe, structured and supportive environment for students who are at risk of permanent exclusion, internal exclusion, or who experience significant difficulties accessing mainstream lessons due to behavioural, social, emotional or mental health needs. The postholder will work collaboratively with teaching staff, pastoral teams, parents/carers and external agencies to improve student behaviour, engagement, attendance and outcomes.
They will promote inclusion and support students in developing the skills, resilience andself-regulation needed to reintegrate successfully into mainstream lessons.
