This is a flexible opportunity for industry professionals, experienced lecturers, and practitioners who would like to contribute to teaching on a variable-hours basis. Opportunities may arise due to curriculum growth, specialist delivery needs, staff absence cover, or project-based work.

Support learners to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required for further study and employment in the Early Years sector.

Assess student work and provide constructive feedback to support progress and achievement. Share current industry practice, professional expertise and practical experience. Help learners develop their understanding of child development, safeguarding, child welfare, inclusive practice and effective approaches to supporting young children. Contribute to positive learner experiences and outcomes. What You'll Bring A Level 3 qualification or higher in Early Years, Childcare, Education or a related subject, and/or relevant industry experience.

Strong knowledge of Early Years Education and Childcare practice. An understanding of child development, safeguarding, inclusion and the importance of providing high-quality care and education. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for supporting learners to achieve their potential. A commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and equality. Teaching qualifications are desirable but not essential. Experienced Early Years practitioners looking to take their first steps into teaching are encouraged to apply, with support and development available.
