£42,250 + 3 Shift Pattern (Early, Days and Nights) + No Call Out Rota + 25 days Holiday + Company Pension + Paid Overtime (1.5x) +Career Progression + Training

Excellent opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer to join a long-established manufacturing organisation offering long-term stability, structured progression, and ongoing training.

This is a well-respected engineering business supplying critical components into industrial and infrastructure markets. Operating for generations, the company has built a strong reputation for quality, reliability, and retaining skilled engineers.

In this role, you will carry out both planned and unplanned maintenance on a variety of heavy industrial machinery, supporting production across a rotating 3-shift pattern. You will work closely with an experienced maintenance team to diagnose faults, complete repairs, and improve equipment reliability through preventative maintenance.

This position would suit a mechanically minded engineer with experience in heavy plant or industrial environments, who enjoys hands-on work and is seeking a secure, long-term role within a stable manufacturing setting.

The Role

* Performing planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance on heavy industrial machinery

* Stable role with long-term career prospects in a heritage engineering firm

* Working on a 3-shift rotation (5:30am-2pm, 1:30pm-10pm, 9:30pm-6am)

The Person

* Mechanically biased engineer with industrial or heavy plant experience

* Comfortable with physically demanding, hands-on work

* Welding or fabrication experience beneficial
