Orbital Recruitment are currently recruiting for 4 Electrical Maintenance Engineers and Mechanical Maintenance Engineers on behalf of a leading manufacturing business based in Chesterfield.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer looking for a permanent role with strong earning potential, overtime opportunities and long-term career progression.

Shift Pattern:
• Monday to Friday
• Rotating 3-shift pattern:
* 6:00am - 2:30pm
* 2:00pm - 10:30pm
* 10:00pm - 6:30am
The Role:
As an Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining plant and production equipment, carrying out repairs, installations and supporting continuous improvement projects across the site.
Duties:
* Responding to plant and equipment breakdowns
* Planned and reactive maintenance
* Electrical and mechanical fault finding
* Electrical project work
* Equipment installations
* Working within a maintenance engineering team
* Supporting continuous improvement activities
* Maintaining high standards of health and safety
Requirements:
* Previous experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
* Experience with in manufacturing, engineering, foundry or heavy industry environments would be advantageous
* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
* Flexible and proactive approach
* Ability to work a rotating shift pattern
* Good communication and team-working skills
