The Role Youwilltakecommercialownershipofkey,high-profileprojectsfromprocurementthroughtocompletion,workingcloselywithdeliveryteamsandclients.
Thisrolefeaturesheavyfocusondirectclientinteractionandcommercialnegotiation. Daytodayyouwill:
Manage contractual risks,variations,andchangemanagementprocessesacrossbothgeo(60%)andstructures(40%)projects. Maximise monthlyvaluationsandensuretimelysubmission,assessment,andapprovalprocesses. Lead regularmeetingsandmaintainstrong,assertive,andconfidentrelationshipswithclientsanddeliveryteams. Review ,negotiate,andagreecontractualtermsforupcomingtendersandhigh-riskprojects. Protect the company'scontractualpositionsandrobustlymanagevariationsandfinalaccounts. Handle asmallamountofsubcontractprocurementwithminimalreportingrequirements(CDRreports) compared to
Tier1contractors. The Individual Wearelookingforpeoplewhocanshow:
Strong
NECcontractcompetency and experience,asNECcoversapproximately
