We are looking for a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our international team. In this role, you will install, commission, troubleshoot, and service Cathelco and HEM systems worldwide. Your expertise will be key to delivering outstanding customer satisfaction and maintaining the high standards our brand is known for.
Key Responsibilities- Install, commission, troubleshoot, and service Cathelco and HEM products worldwide.
- Provide excellent technical support and service to customers.
- Diagnose issues quickly, resolving them effectively under tight timelines.
- Prepare clear and accurate service reports.
- Work onboard vessels while maintaining the highest safety standards.
- Support the Service team in adopting new tools, software, and practices.
- Carry out engineering analysis during installations and troubleshooting.
- Internal: Service, Technical, Production, and Sales teams.
- External: Customers worldwide.
Essential:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Solid problem-solving ability and resilience under pressure.
- Independence and flexibility to work internationally.
- Willingness to travel at short notice.
- Valid passport and full driving license.
Desirable:
- Background in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering.
- Offshore certifications (e.g., BOSIET or equivalent).
