Management Accountant

We are supporting a rapidly growing, PE-backed business to recruit a Management Accountant. Current turnover in the UK is £130m but with a number of strategic acquisitions lined up this will increase to £180m in the next 12 months. This is a newly created role due to recent acquisitions Preparation of monthly management accounts Detailed margin, production, and cost analysis to support commercial decisions.

Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with clear commentary. Business partnering with divisional managers to provide financial guidance. Monitoring stock, materials usage, and production efficiency from a financial perspective. Supporting continuous improvement in financial processes and controls. About You Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA Strong management accounting skills, ideally in a product-led or operational environment. Analytical and commercially minded with the ability to challenge and influence.

Excellent Excel skills and experience with accounting systems. Strong communicator who can translate financial data into actionable insights. Benefits 25 days holiday, hybrid working and bonus
