Leading daily, weekly and month-end reporting processes Managing general ledger, fixed assets and inventory Delivering detailed variance analysis and cost centre reporting Supporting budget preparation, central returns and audit activity Reviewing payroll checks and approving purchase orders Maintaining strong internal controls and driving process improvement Supporting and developing members the finance team (2 Accounts Assistants and 1 Credit Controller) To succeed as Management Accountant, youll bring:
Proven management accounting experience within a large or complex organisation, ideally manufacturing Professional accounting qualification or finalist accountant status CIMA / ACA / ACCA Strong systems knowledge, ideally SAP, alongside advanced Excel capability Confident leadership style with the ability to manage and develop a small team Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills This role requires someone dependable, proactive and confident making independent decisions in line with company policies.
