Overview

A fulfilling and exciting opportunity available for a Service Coordinator to join our Association. The Service Coordinator will be based in our offices in Chesterfield.

Purpose of the Role
  • To develop and deliver a person-centred support package that is tailored to the needs of each young person accessing the service.
  • To protect, support and educate individuals accessing the service about incidents and safeguarding in a person-centred way to meet the needs and ensure safety of the people within our accommodation in line with the Association's values, policies, and procedures.
  • You will be expected to contribute to the maintenance and development of the Association's values, culture, and ethos.

  • Salary £25,184.25 per annum dependent on experience for 37.5 hours per week.
