Position: NHS 111 Health Advisor
  • Training and daytime shifts: £12.65 per hour
  • Evenings and night shifts: £16.44 per hour

Working Patterns:
Part Time: 30/24/18 hours per week

Job responsibilities
  • Answer calls from patients who need urgent medical help oradvice.
  • Use the NHS Pathways system to assess symptoms and determine the next steps.
  • Provide reassurance, clear information and advice for safe patient outcomes.
  • Bring empathy, patience and professionalism to every call.
  • Make a difference with every conversation in this fastpaced, rewarding role.
Person Specification Qualifications
  • GCSE grade A to C in English and Maths
Experience
  • Experience in customer service, patient or customer facing roles
