Job Description & How to Apply Below
A support worker must be able to integrate individual service users into the local community life and activities by establishing and maintaining existing relationships, promoting friendship with and personal development of the individual service users. Candidates are required to have full flexibility (shifts are completed on a six-week rota but do not follow a set pattern) and a caring disposition.
Successful applicants will also have to be willing to complete regular sleepovers as needed by the service. A willingness to learn is also essential but experience is not. A full training package is provided to all employees covering mandatory training, de-escalation training and, when applicable, a Health and Social Care diploma.
