Shift Pattern: 8:00pm – 8:00am
Hours: 36 hours per week (3 x 12-hour night shifts)
Working Pattern: Two-week rolling rota with every other weekend off

We're looking for a dedicated Care Team Leader (Nights) to join our friendly, supportive team. This is your opportunity to lead by example, deliver outstanding person-centred care, and help create a safe, welcoming environment where residents can enjoy the highest quality of life.

As a Care Team Leader, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive exceptional care throughout the night. Working closely with the Deputy Manager, you'll:

• Lead and motivate the night care team, ensuring exceptional standards of care
• Coordinate the smooth running of each shift
• Administer and manage medications safely and accurately
• Complete and review care plans and assessments
• Support, mentor and develop colleagues
• Promote dignity, independence and choice for every resident
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards and company policies
• Respond confidently to changing resident needs and support families when required

• Experience working within a residential or dementia care setting
• Previous experience supervising or leading a care team
• A Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards one)
• Medication administration experience
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care
