The Role Source and interview high-quality candidates. Build relationships with clients and candidates. Manage the recruitment process from start to finish. Develop new business and grow client accounts. Work towards targets and earn uncapped commission. What We're Looking For Graduate or previous sales/customer-facing experience (not essential) Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Competitive, resilient and target-driven. Motivated by career progression and financial rewards.

What's On Offer £26,000 - £30,000 basic salary. Uncapped commission with realistic first-year earnings of £45,000. Industry-leading training and clear progression.
