An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paralegal to join a busy and supportive Family Department at a small well-established firm.

We are seeking a confident and proactive individual with previous experience working within Family Law. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting fee earners on a varied caseload and must be able to work efficiently, accurately, and with initiative.

The Role:

* Assisting fee earners with private family matters

* Preparing and completing court forms and legal documentation

* Drafting correspondence

* Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties

* Managing files and supporting with case progression

* General administrative support within the department

Requirements:

* Previous experience within a Family Law department (essential)

* Law graduate preferred

* LPC or SQE 1 / SQE 2 desirable

* Confident in completing court forms accurately

* Able to use own initiative and work with minimal supervision

* Strong organisational and communication skills
