- Managing your own residential conveyancing caseload covering sales, purchases, remortgages and new builds
- Handling both freehold and leasehold matters, including registered and unregistered titles
- Using a case management system to progress files efficiently from instruction through to completion
- Supporting the continued growth of the residential department by building relationships with referrers and local contacts - do you enjoy developing professional connections while delivering great client outcomes?
- Dealing with a wide range of property matters including shared ownership, right to buy, assents and severance of joint tenancies
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, estate agents and third-party professionals
- Working collaboratively within the team while maintaining ownership of your own files
- Helping to supervise or support colleagues where appropriate - are you looking for a role that offers responsibility alongside long-term progression?
- At least 2 years' experience handling residential conveyancing matters
- Comfortable managing a varied caseload independently
- Strong communication skills with a confident, client-focused manner
- Good IT skills and experience using conveyancing case management systems
- Organised, proactive and commercially aware
- Able to build rapport with clients and external contacts alike
- Team-oriented with a personal drive to deliver results
- Previous experience with shared ownership, right to buy and related matters is highly beneficial
