This is a hybrid position requiring 4 days per week in the office. You can choose to be based at one of our locations:
London (Farringdon), or Chesterfield (Future Walk).
Join a team at the heart of a multi-billion-pound national organisation, supporting one of the UK's most recognisable brands. As part of the Fleet Category team, you will develop and deliver sourcing strategies that drive value, manage risk and support the UK's largest commercial fleet.
About the RoleReporting to the Senior Procurement Manager, you will lead procurement activity across a portfolio of fleet‑related contracts and services, ensuring value for money and effective risk management.
Key Responsibilities- Leading sourcing activities, tenders, negotiations, and contract value delivery.
- Managing end‑to‑end procurement projects across fleet categories.
- Building strong stakeholder relationships and aligning procurement activity to business priorities.
- Supporting category strategy development to drive value, innovation, and risk reduction.
- Providing commercial insight to improve contract performance and manage risk.
- Resolving contractual and commercial issues through effective negotiation.
- Working collaboratively across procurement teams and supporting continuous improvement.
You are a commercially focused procurement professional with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Requirements- Experience developing and implementing sourcing strategies, ideally within fleet, automotive, transport, logistics or operational categories.
- A track record of delivering value through strategic sourcing and procurement best practice.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience managing multiple procurement projects in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong commercial acumen and contract management experience.
- Experience developing and delivering category strategies.
