Position: Projects Implementation Coordinator – Full Time

Project Operations Implementation Coordinator Chesterfield | Hybrid Working £37,000 – £39,000 + Car Allowance
12-Month Fixed Term Contract (with potential to become permanent)
Full Time | Monday to Friday | 40 Hours per Week

Your New Role

Your New Role As Project Operations Implementation Coordinator, you will support the successful delivery of customer implementation projects from initial planning through to deployment, customer handover and ongoing support.
Working closely with internal operational, commercial and supply chain teams, you will coordinate multiple implementation activities simultaneously, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to agreed timescales.
The role combines office-based project coordination with customer-facing implementation work across sites throughout the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate end-to-end delivery of customer implementation projects.
  • Support the deployment of operational and inventory management solutions.
  • Prepare equipment, documentation and implementation materials ahead of customer installations.
  • Manage project timelines, milestones and readiness activities.
  • Coordinate internal resources and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
  • Conduct customer site visits to assess requirements and support project planning.
  • Support implementation, installation and go-live activities at customer locations.
  • Deliver customer training and handover activities where required.
  • Manage after-sales support and performance monitoring of implemented solutions.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, implementation records and reporting data.
  • Identify and elevate risks, delays or issues that may impact delivery.
  • Build strong working relationships with customers and internal departments throughout the project lifecycle.
