* About the Role:

** Based in the
** Chesterfield, Clay Cross and the Bolsover areas
** you will be working
** 20 hours a week (shifts are between the hours of 7am-7pm Monday to Friday, with over time available)**. You'll play a key role in providing high-quality caretaking services to oversee maintenance and cleanliness.

** Your responsibilities will include:
*** Carrying out day-to-day maintenance and minor repairs.
* Making sure that heating, lighting and alarm systems are working properly.
* Carrying out and recording basic checks and maintaining Health and Safety records.
* Monitoring site stocks and undertaking cleaning duties.
* Demonstrating Health and Safety awareness and have a willingness to attend training courses including Health and Safety (all training will be provided).
