King's Cross, London | Temporary to Permanent | Monday to Friday, 12:00pm to 8:00pm An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Facilities & Operations team at a venue in the heart of King's Cross, London. This truly unique and architecturally inspiring building brings together education, culture, research, events, and community engagement within a world-class environment. As a Facilities & Maintenance Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation, safety, and maintenance of this high-profile estate.

The Role Working across a technically diverse and fast-paced environment, you will support a wide range of facilities and maintenance activities, including:
Building maintenance and day-to-day operations Health & Safety compliance and site inspections HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Reactive maintenance and fault finding Contractor coordination and stakeholder engagement Emergency response and incident support General building fabric repairs and upkeep This position would suit an experienced Handyperson or Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative with a strong electrical background and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

You will take pride in maintaining high standards, work effectively within a team, and enjoy delivering excellent service within a customer-facing environment. About You The successful candidate will ideally have demonstrable experience in:
