* About the Role:

** Based in
** Chesterfield, Derbyshire (S41)**, you will be working
** 30 hours per week,*
* ** Monday - Friday on split shifts, between the hours of 07:00-19:00 (can offer flexibility)
** You'll play a key role in providing high-quality caretaking services to oversee maintenance and cleanliness.

** Your responsibilities will include:
*** Waste management
* Porterage* Light decorating
* Maintenance work
* Cleaning* Daily, Weekly and Monthly Fire checks.
* Key Holder

*** Great customer service and communication skills and experience in similar setting (Caretaking, Maintenance, Trades, Handy-person, etc)
