Business Unit Director

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Business Unit Director to work closely with the CK Group leadership team and play a key role in expanding our UK and European footprint.

Based in the UK, this is a high‑profile leadership position offering real influence, autonomy and long‑term career progression.

This role offers a salary of £60,000 per annum plus Commission and Bonus. OTE Salary of £80,000+.

You will take full ownership of building and leading a successful recruitment business unit, delivering permanent and contract solutions across the UK and Europe.

• Building, developing and leading a high‑performing recruitment team
• Driving sales growth and revenue performance across the UK market, with expansion into Europe
• Developing strong, long‑term relationships with clients and candidates through high‑quality delivery
• Actively promoting CK Group and identifying new business opportunities
• Working closely with senior leadership to support strategic growth initiatives

UK‑based with occasional overseas travel as required.

You will be a proven recruitment leader with strong people‑management experience and a commercial mindset. We're looking for someone who leads from the front — consultative, personable and passionate about developing teams and delivering results.
