Looking for a fast‑paced management role where no two days are the same? This busy food‑manufacturing business needs a confident, organised Manager who can lead a young, energetic office team and keep operations running smoothly.

You’ll be the heartbeat of the office — supporting staff aged 19–30, coordinating with drivers and warehouse teams, and keeping everything moving in a high‑pressure, high‑volume environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Leading and motivating a young office team

* Handling calls, emails, and customer enquiries

* Processing orders and upselling where needed

* Working closely with drivers and warehouse staff

* Keeping the day structured, positive, and productive

* Being the “go‑to” person who keeps everything on track
