Warehouse Manager

We are looking for a reliable and dedicated Warehouse Manager to join our ever-growing, fast paced team.

The role of a Warehouse Manager is pivotal in ensuring smooth Warehouse Operations and timely delivery of goods to customers.

In this role, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, manage staff, maintain inventory accuracy, ensure safety compliance, and work closely with other departments to optimise supply chain processes.

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods
• Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular audits and cycle counts
• Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimise efficiency and reduce errors
• Coordinate with purchasing, operations and other departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations
• Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, shipping times, stock levels, and workforce productivity
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
• Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance for senior management.

• Proven experience in a warehouse environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Proficiency in using computers and software
• Positive and patient demeanour
• Strong attention to detail for accuracy
• Willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction
• Industry experience is preferred but not essential
