You will be responsible for managing and motivating a 32-strong Aftersales team
, including 17 skilled technicians
, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

• Implement and maintain effective processes to achieve customer satisfaction levels above the manufacturer national average.
• Monitor and control costs in line with the business plan while maintaining quality standards.
• Ensure accurate collection and recording of customer data in line with Group standards.
• Adhere to manufacturer standards at all times.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor and drive colleague performance.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A proven track record as a Service Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills to lead your team to deliver business objectives.
• Ability to increase performance, profitability, and operating efficiency.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and aligning with our company values.
