As Group Sales & Marketing Manager
, you will sit on the senior leadership team and take full responsibility for shaping and executing DATIMs sales, commercial, and marketing strategies
. Youll balance strategic leadership with hands-on delivery
, working closely with the Managing Director and wider business to achieve ambitious growth targets.

• Lead and inspire the sales team to hit revenue and growth targets.
• Develop and deliver innovative marketing campaigns to raise brand visibility.
• Strengthen relationships with key contractors, architects, and developers.
• Drive commercial excellence through pricing, contract negotiation, and account management.
