We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Branch Manager to lead our Chesterfield branch, working side by side with our Lettings Manager to successfully run and grow the office. This is a full‑time, permanent leadership role with responsibility for driving performance, leading the sales team, and ensuring the overall success of the branch.

• Collaboratively work with the Lettings Manager to oversee day‑to‑day branch operations
• Drive sales performance and profitability across the branch
• Lead, motivate and develop the sales team
• Generate new business and increase local market share
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships

• Proven experience within estate agency (Senior Negotiator, Valuer or Branch Manager level)
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Commercial awareness with a track record of achieving targets
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a dual‑management structure
• Full UK driving licence
