We are seeking an exceptional Managing Director to lead DSFS through an exciting period of opportunity, growth, and transformation. Reporting to the Chair of the Trust Board and accountable to the Trust Chief Executive, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, performance and governance of the company. Whilst ensuring the delivery of high-quality, customer-focused services to our core customer, you will also identify opportunities for innovation, commercial growth and continuous improvement.

Leading the development of an effective executive team and delivery of our company strategy; you will provide assurance to our stakeholder, maintaining the highest standards of governance, compliance and risk management. You will be a visible, compassionate and commercially astute leader, driving collaboration, shaping culture, and inspiring colleagues.

We are looking for an ambitious and inspirational leader with significant board-level experience and a proven track record of leading complex organisations through improvement and development. You will bring strong experience of delivering business growth, improving performance and leading high-performing teams. Whether your experience has been gained within healthcare, the public sector, or a relevant commercial service environment, you will have exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, able to influence stakeholders, navigate complexity, and articulate a compelling vision for the future.
