Elevation Procurement & Supply Chain are delighted to be partnered with a UK wide gas distribution organisation, seeking a Logistics Planning Manager to lead their UK planning function.

We're looking for an experienced UK Logistics Manager to lead our logistics operation, ensuring the safe, efficient and cost-effective delivery of LPG across our UK depot network.

Reporting to the Head of Operations & Logistics, you'll lead a team of Five and oversee logistics across 16 depots
, managing a fleet of 75 vehicles (including 3PL partners) and helping deliver 145,000 tonnes of product annually

• Lead and develop a high-performing logistics team.
• Optimise transport planning, fleet utilisation and network performance.
• Manage 3PL partners to deliver excellent service, compliance and value.
• Use data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement and reduce costs.
• Work closely with Operations, Supply, Sales and Customer Experience to improve service and efficiency.
• Contribute to network strategy and identify opportunities to enhance performance.

• Proven logistics leadership experience within a multi-site operation.
• Strong knowledge of transport, fleet and depot operations.
• Experience managing third-party logistics providers.
• Commercial awareness with budget and cost management experience.
• A collaborative, hands-on leader who enjoys driving change and continuous improvement.
• Transport Manager CPC and S&OP experience are advantageous.
