Location: Chesterfield
Salary: £45,000 per annum DOE + annual performance & Ofsted inspection bonuses
Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday + shared evening and weekend on-call rota

We're working with a small, supportive children's residential care provider near Chesterfield who are looking for a confident and ambitious Registered Manager to lead the opening of a brand-new 1-2 bed children's home
, supporting young people with complex behaviours.
This is an exciting opportunity to be involved from the very beginning. With the home ready to open, you'll have the freedom to shape the environment, recruit your own team and establish a positive culture before welcoming young people.
You'll have plenty of autonomy, but you'll also have the backing of an experienced leadership team. This is a close-knit organisation that takes a hands-on approach to supporting its managers and genuinely invests in the success of its homes and staff.

We're looking for someone who can combine strong leadership with a genuine passion for achieving positive outcomes for children and young people.
You'll need:
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years' experience working within an Ofsted-regulated children's residential setting
- At least 1 year's supervisory or management experience
- A resilient, proactive and positive approach
- Strong leadership skills and a genuine commitment to children's wellbeing and development
