MET Technician/ Strip Fitter
OTE: £45,000
Salary: £40,000
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8am till 4.30pm & Friday 8am till 3.30pm
Location: Chesterfield
Talented and efficient MET Technician/ Strip Fitter to join this leading team. As a MET Technician / Strip Fitter, you will be repairing damaged vehicles in line with the manufacturer's specifications within a state‑of‑the‑art body shop, utilising modern equipment and techniques.
Responsibilities- Work efficiently in a fast‑paced accident repair centre.
- Follow correct repair techniques and produce work in line with factory specifications and customer satisfaction.
- Served a recognised apprenticeship as a MET Technician / Strip Fitter and gained a technical qualification (NVQ / VCQ / SVQ / ATA).
- Previous experience working as a MET Technician / Strip Fitter within a busy body shop.
- Strong team player with self‑motivation to earn bonus hours.
- Work to the highest standard and demonstrate up‑to‑date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques.
